But changing habits is hard, and it’s not something they teach at school or at university. Thankfully there has been a lot of work over recent years understanding habit change, and there are things you can learn to do that will allow you to optimise your application of new techniques and methods. In this short talk we’ll take a look at some of the simple steps you can apply to make new improved habits stick.
