I have used a version of GTD for some time and found it helped me a lot. However, I am self-taught, and have often struggled with some of the concepts, much of which are based off GTD.<\/p>\n<p>Our sessions have helped clarify and crystalise an approach which has greatly improved my productivity. In summary, I got out exactly what I wanted, and more, from the training we completed together.
