With the team I lead, GTD has increased our ability to handle projects at speed, while reducing the stress and strain of doing so. Having a common understanding of how we get work done, and a common language to discuss it also improved communication on the team, since – for example – many were able to immediately get the benefits of the ‘next action’ concept in their own work.
